I used Elite Carpet & Floor Cleaning to clean a recently vacated rental property. The carpet was severely stained with food and pet urine. I was more than pleased with the end result. Two days later one of the stains resurfaced. Expecting the worse, I called and spoke with Lisa about the situation and she rescheduled me to have the stain re-cleaned at no additional cost. After re-cleaning, the stain hasn't resurfaced. I thank you all for giving me hassle-free service and a great cleaning. My new tenants and I are both very pleased.
